4. Are you open on the weekends?
Yes, for extensive procedures by appointment only.
5. Do you accept referrals?
Yes, we appreciate you telling your friends and family about our office. We are always welcoming new patients!
6. How much does it cost to get a cleaning, filling, braces, or other treatment?
Unfortunately, we are unable to discuss fees due to every doctor diagnoses and treatment plans differently depending on what the patient needs.
7. What if I have an emergency?
In the rare instance that you do have an emergency we want you to be assured
that we will take care of you. Dental emergencies that require prompt care
include severe pain, bleeding, or swelling that diminishes only with medication
or does not diminish at all. Pain that gets worse, as well, should be evaluated
right away. Additionally, an emergency may consist of losing a restoration in a
visible area of the mouth. If you have any of these symptoms, we ask you to
call us right away. We will provide you with the next available emergency
8. What if I cannot make it to my appointment?
If you cannot make an appointment (except in the case of an emergency), we request that you call us to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. A fee is applied to no-show appointments, and this is not covered by insurance.
9. Do I need insurance to be a patient?
You do not need to have insurance to be a patient. We offer dental benefit plans, which are available to all patients.
10. What insurance does Downtown Dental LA accept?
Downtown Dental La accepts all major PPOs insurance carriers. We recommend patients to come in to sort through the details of coverage.
11. Do you offer payments for dental care?
