Meet the Staff

Maribel Pineda has enjoyed helping dental patients for more than ten years. Her dental background includes a variety of courses from the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry; and training in dental photography, sleep apnea, and numerous advance esteem courses. She specializes in coordinating dental services to fit your needs, desires, and budget. Count on Maribel to be sure your insurance and financing is understandable and runs smoothly. She sincerely wants to help you get the beautiful smile you deserve.

Kristin has been active as a dental assistant since 2001, and received her Registered Dental Assistant license in 2006. She has completed additional courses on dental assisting and digital photography.

A positive and outgoing personality makes Kristin a favorite with patients – relaxed and at ease in her hands. She takes extra care to be sure patients enjoy their Downtown Dental visits.

In her spare time, Kristin enjoys baking and quality time with her husband and her son, Jacob.

Please welcome, Roxxane, the newest addition to our office. Roxxane graduated from Southern California Regional Occupational Center of Torrance in 2007 and has been a practicing dental assistant for more than three years. She is currently working to attain RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) credentials.

In addition to her education, her energy and warm smile make Roxxane a charismatic addition to the Downtown Dental team.

Moneka Loux received her Allied Health Science degree in 1999 from the University of Arizona. She has over 13 years of experience in dental hygiene, and more than 21 years in the dental field. She is laser certified and trained in many advance techniques in treating periodontal disease.

Moneka loves helping to enhance the smiles and lives of Downtown Dental patients. She enjoys coming to work each day to interact with folks like you!
